TCP, Inc. recognizes the importance of protecting the privacy of visitors to our Web sites. In general, you can visit TCP sites without telling us who you are or revealing any information about yourself. Our web servers collect the domain names, not the e-mail addresses, of visitors. The TCP, Inc. SpringLight Store respects your privacy. If you are purchasing online from TCP SpringLight, we need to collect your name, e-mail address, mailing address, telephone number and credit card information and expiration date to fulfill your order and provide status updates. TCP will not disclose your information to other individuals or organizations unless required by law. Customer information will not be distributed or sold for use in mailing lists, surveys, or for any purpose other than what is required to perform our services. You may opt to receive periodic e-mails from TCP SpringLight when you register and create an account with the site.
The TCP SpringLight Store uses a “shopping cart” feature that safeguards your information by using industry standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encrypted servers. SSL codes the information transferred between you and the server, rendering it unreadable to anyone trying to intercept the information.

Shipping Information
In stock items are shipped within one to five business days. Items are charged when the order is received. Orders are accepted and shipped only within the United States. All items are shipped by FedEx. A tracking number will be sent to registered customers by e-mail.

Return Policy
All sales are final. In the unlikely event that your item has any defects or damage when you first receive it, we will gladly replace it at no cost to you. Please see warranty instructions for failed bulbs, or contact customer service at 1-800-290-5098.

If your TCP SpringLight bulb does not perform to the specifications printed on the package, simply call 1-800-290-5098 or e-mail customerservice@tcpi.com and we will replace your light bulb, guaranteed! TCP reserves the right to request the return of failed or defective bulbs and/or the sales receipt before replacement.
